Cancellation Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours‘ advance notice for any changes to your appointment, including rescheduling or cancellations. Failure to provide this notice will result in a 50% charge of the original treatment cost.
Treatment Policy
To ensure efficient service for all our clients, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment time. Late arrivals may lead to a shorter treatment to accommodate the next client, but the full treatment fee remains applicable.
Salon Ambience
To create a serene and relaxing environment for all our clients, please switch your mobile phone to silent, and kindly avoid bringing children under 12 to the salon during your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a peaceful atmosphere at The Skincare Centre.
