At the Skincare Centre we are proud to have established a loyal and exceptionally skilled team. All our therapists are qualified in beauty therapy, but that’s only the beginning. Each of our team have undergone extensive of hours of specialist skincare, hair removal, and tattoo removal training with industry leaders (on and off-site), making them the best placed to help you achieve your goals.

We are results driven and therefore carefully research all new treatments and products before offering them in our Clinic.

Isobel | Owner, Qualified Beauty Trainer, Therapist

Meet Isobel, the heart and soul of our clinic, who wears many hats as the Owner, Qualified Beauty Teacher, and Therapist.

With specialised training in a wide array of treatments, Isobel’s expertise include: Tattoo Removal, Maternity Massage, Intimate Waxing. Lymphatic Drainage and VPL Hair Removal/Skin Rejuvenation, LED Light Therapy, Radio Frequency Skin Tightening, Nail Enhancements, Crystal Clear, CACI, Plasma, Laser Hair Removal & Red Vein treatment and all of the Environ & Dermalogica modules in advanced skin techniques and treatments.

Jennifer | Management Team, Qualified Beauty Trainer, Therapist

Meet Jennifer, a cornerstone of The Skincare Centre team since 2001. With a Dermalogica Expert status, she’s one of the most highly trained skincare professionals in the country.She has also completed ongoing education at the International Dermal Institute, training with the world’s leading professional skin care brand, Dermalogica.

Jennifer’s Commitment

With a busy work and family life, Jennifer understands the importance of self-care. She chose a career in beauty after completing a course at Mid Kent College, driven by her natural empathy and love for helping people look and feel their best.

Where Jennifer Excels

Jennifer’s expertise includes a wide range of treatments, but she particularly enjoys facials, nails, and VPL. Her comprehensive training in specialist facial techniques allows her to address skin issues effectively. Whether it’s a simple nail paint or a transformative VPL session, Jennifer ensures each client leaves feeling happier and more confident.

For a healthy lifestyle, Jennifer recommends starting the day with lemon water and staying active for at least 20 minutes daily. Charlotte | Management Team, Qualified Beauty Trainer, Therapist

Meet Charlotte, an exceptional member of our team since 2010. With top marks in her BTEC National qualification in Beauty Therapy Sciences and a National BTEC award for Best Student in 2011, she’s a true powerhouse in the field. Charlotte also holds Dermalogica Expert status, making her one of the country’s leading skincare professionals.

Charlotte is a dedicated professional with a caring and friendly personality. She’s always had a keen interest in beauty and knew she wanted to be a versatile therapist from the moment she started her studies. Her commitment to ongoing education has led her to master a wide range of advanced skincare techniques.

Where Charlotte Excels

Charlotte’s expertise is broad, but she has a special fondness for facials. She has had extensive training in CACI, Crystal Clear Microdermabrasion, IPL Skin Rejuvenation, Radio Frequency Skin Tightening, Cryopen, LED Light Therapy, Eyelash Extensions, Threading, IPL Hair Removal, Laser Hair Removal, Thread Vein Treatment, Tattoo Removal, and is thus equipped to address a whole range of skin and body concerns. Her goal is to make a positive impact on her clients’ skin and overall well-being.

Robyn | Senior Therapist

Dermalogica Expert – Level 4 Laser

Robyn is an accomplished therapist with 12 years previous experience working in a busy salon in Whitstable.

Robyn studied for her BTEC National in Beauty Therapy Sciences and then went on to gain a further Level 3 Qualification in Holistic therapies at Canterbury College.

Where Robyn Excels

Robyn has worked hard to achieve her EXPERT status from Dermalogica and is also qualified variable pulsed light and micro needling.

Robyn’s Expertise

With a broad range of beauty skills, Robyn’s expertise cover: Reflexology, Nutrition, Eyelash Extensions, Lash Lifting, Plasma, Laser Hair removal & Red Vein treatment and deep tissue massage.

Eleanor | Junior Therapist

Meet Eleanor who initially joined us as a receptionist while still in school. Realising she had a passion for the beauty industry, she decided to begin training to become a skilled beauty therapist. She has now completed beauty training Levels 1 and 2 and is currently working towards higher grades with City and Guilds. Eleanor has gained valuable experience with us, and has achieved a specialist badge in Dermalogica skincare.

Debbie | Manager and Receptionist

Debbie has a background in teaching but wanted to have a change of career. Her naturally friendly and helpful persona is perfect for our receptionist role. And her organisational skills and efficiency make her the ideal person to manage our busy salon.
