What are my shipping options?
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next available business day.
What courier service do you use?
We use DPD couriers. Please note: a signature is required for all deliveries.
UK Next day delivery if ordered Monday to Thursday before 3pm. For all Northern Ireland orders please allow 48hrs for delivery. No deliveries are made on Saturday-Sunday.
For the Republic of Ireland please allow 2-3 working days.

Will I receive notification that my order has been dispatched?
Yes, you will receive an email from DPD notifying you of your order being shipped.
How can I track my parcel?
You can track your parcel by visiting DPD.
Do I need to sign for my order?
Yes, DPD will require a signature when they deliver your parcel.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship goods outside the UK / Ireland.
Do you ship to ROI?
Yes, our shipping covers the Republic of Ireland.
What packaging will my order be shipped in
Orders are shipped in a brown recycled Dermalogica® branded cardboard box which is enclosed in a DPD bag.
Please note: due to the current impact of COVID-19 our delivery partner is experiencing some delays, however we are doing our best to get your delivery to you as soon as possible but in some cases, this may take longer than expected.

At Dermalogica we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.
We’ll gladly accept returns for any Dermalogica products purchased from Dermalogica.co.uk and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date.
Should you have a skin response to your product please also contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
All returns must be pre-approved by customer service.
Please contact customer service within 48hr should you have any discrepancies with your order.
Please follow the simple instructions below:
1. Contact our customer service team on ecomcustomerservice@dermalogica.com with a picture of your order and clearly showing the items in your possession. Dermalogica will not accept images from our website, 3rd party websites or any other images that are not of your own Dermalogica order with packaging. If the images supplied do not meet the guidelines there may be a delay processing your refund.
2. Our customer service team will be in contact within 3-5 working days with instructions for returns.

It is the customer’s responsibility to repackage the items for return. Dermalogica does not send out boxes, envelopes, jiffy bags or any other packaging material for customers to return items.
3. If a collection is needed these are within the 9am-5pm Monday to Friday time frame. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available and present for the collection to take place.
